دعا الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون جميع أطراف الصراع إلى وقف مؤقت للهجمات التي تستهدف منشآت الطاقة، مؤكدًا ضرورة تحييد هذا القطاع الحيوي عن دائرة التصعيد. كما شدد على أهمية احترام حرية الملاحة في مضيق هرمز، في محاولة للحفاظ على استقرار إمدادات الطاقة العالمية.
